7. Appointments with Microsoft Bookings

As part of our sales process, we use Microsoft Bookings for appointment scheduling, a service provided by Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18 D18 P521 (hereinafter: Microsoft). The use of this tool allows us to manage and coordinate customer appointments more easily. For this purpose, we collect the following data from you: Name, email address, phone number.

The connection to the service is established when you access the online booking function via a link in an email. The data you enter will be transmitted to Microsoft for the purpose of scheduling an appointment.

We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider to meet data protection requirements. The provider's privacy policy can be found here. Since personal data is transferred to the USA, additional protective mechanisms are required to ensure the data protection level of the GDPR. To this end, we have agreed on standard data protection clauses according to Art. 46 para. 2 lit. c GDPR with the provider. These oblige the recipient of the data in the USA to process the data according to the protection level in Europe. In cases where this cannot be ensured even by this contractual extension, we strive for additional regulations and commitments from the recipient in the USA.

The legal basis for data processing in relation to the service lies in Art. 6 I lit. b GDPR if the appointment scheduling is aimed at concluding or performing a contract, or Art. 6 I lit. f GDPR for general inquiries, to provide you with a convenient appointment booking option at all times as part of our service offering.

Please note that the use of this service is voluntary and you can always arrange appointments via a separate channel.

The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose. This does not apply to data that we must retain for a longer period due to legal requirements (e.g., commercial or tax law).

This website contains links to external websites of third parties, over whose content we have no influence. Therefore, we cannot assume any liability for these external contents.

9. Hosting

The hosting services we use serve to provide the following services: infrastructure and platform services, computing capacity, storage space, and database services, security services, as well as technical maintenance services. In doing so, we, or our hosting provider, process inventory data, contact data, content data, contract data, usage data, meta and communication data of customers, interested parties, and visitors of this online offer based on our legitimate interests in an efficient and secure provision of this online offer according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR in conjunction with Art. 28 GDPR.

You have the right to receive information about the personal data processed by us, as well as the right to correction or deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and the right to data portability. You also have the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority.

14. Use of ChatGPT

This website uses ChatGPT, an artificial intelligence service by OpenAI, to generate automated summaries of the desing of the building supply system. Only technical system data and no personal data (e.g., such as email, name, or adress) are provided to ChatGPT. Please note that all interactions with ChatGPT are in accordance with the privacy policies of OpenAI and our own privacy policy.

15. Use of Calendly

Our website employs Calendly for appointment scheduling. Calendly is an online appointment scheduling tool that allows users to book appointments. When using Calendly on our website, you may be asked to provide personal data such as your name, email address, and the reason for the appointment.
